1. Processing of Personal Data

a) When visiting our website

When you access our website, data that is technically necessary to display the content correctly is transmitted automatically. This includes: IP address, date and time of the request, URL of the page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system, and device information.

This data is used to ensure smooth operation and to technically improve our services, and is deleted after no more than 12 months.

b) Contact

When you contact us via our contact form, by email, or through an appointment booking tool, we store: your name, your email address, your phone number (if applicable), and your message.

We use this data exclusively to process your enquiry and store it for up to 34 months.


2. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. You can consent to their use or disable them in your browser. Details can be found in our Cookie Policy.

 


3. Web Analytics & Tools

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to analyse website usage. IP addresses are collected in anonymised form. Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke your settings at any time.

Google Ads / Remarketing

We use Google Ads including conversion tracking to optimise our campaigns. When you click on an ad, a cookie is set for the purpose of measuring success.

 

HubSpot

We use HubSpot (HubSpot Inc., USA) to manage contacts and marketing processes. Data is stored and processed in compliance with the GDPR. EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

4. Use of Social Media Tools

LinkedIn

Meta / Facebook Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure and optimise our campaigns — for example, to determine whether a website visit originated from an ad. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

7. Additional Tools and Service Providers

Calendly – Appointment Booking

We use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) for booking appointments. When booking, your name, email address, and any other information you provide are transmitted to and processed by Calendly. Data transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Superchat – WhatsApp & SMS Communication

We use Superchat (Superchat GmbH, Germany) to communicate with prospects and customers via WhatsApp and SMS. Your contact details (name, phone number) and the content of the communication are processed. Processing by Superchat is GDPR-compliant and based on a data processing agreement.

Close CRM – Contact and Sales Management

We use Close CRM (Close.io Inc., USA) to manage contacts, leads, and sales processes. Contact data (name, email, phone) and communication history are stored and processed there. Data transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Make – Process Automation

We use Make (Make a.s., Czech Republic / EU) to automate business processes. Personal data (e.g. name, email address) may be transferred between the various tools we use. Processing is based on a data processing agreement.

onepage.io – GO BIG Academy Website

The GO BIG Academy website (go-big-academy.com) is hosted via onepage.io. When you visit this site, technical data (IP address, browser information) may be processed by onepage.io.

Google Meet – Video Communication

We use Google Meet (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for customer calls. During use, personal data such as name, email address, and audio/video transmission are processed. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google processes data on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

tl;dv – Call Recording

With your explicit consent, we record customer calls using tl;dv (tl;dv GmbH, Germany). Consent is obtained at the start of each call. Recordings are used exclusively for internal call analysis and quality assurance. You may withdraw your consent at any time — the relevant recording will then be deleted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

ablefy – Payment Processing

We use ablefy (ablefy GmbH, Germany) for the sale and payment processing of the GO BIG Academy. When you purchase a product via our ablefy sales page, personal data such as name, email address, billing address, and payment information are transmitted to and processed by ablefy. This data is required for processing the purchase agreement and handling payment. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place with ablefy. ablefy's servers are located in Germany. The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
